What are we looking for?
BlazePod is seeking a proactive Account Manager to be a pivotal element of our sales team, focusing on the support of our global partnerships, distribution networks, and B2B customer relations. This role is tailor-made for individuals keen on facilitating sales operations, enhancing partner, distributor, and B2B customer engagement, while also ensuring the meticulous execution of administrative tasks, all without the responsibility of making strategic decisions.
What will you do?
- Partner and B2B Customer Support: Assist in fostering strong, productive relationships with global partners, distributors, and B2B customer accounts to help achieve sales objectives.
- Operational Assistance: Assist in the implementation of sales strategies for different global markets, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales efforts.
- Process Optimization: Continuously assess and refine sales processes and operations to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Reporting and Analytics: Maintain accurate records and generate detailed sales reports for analysis and forecasting. Use data to inform strategic planning and operational adjustments.
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the sales team, including but not limited to managing schedules, organizing training sessions, and handling sales documentation.
- Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with sales team members to ensure that all aspects of sales operations are harmonized and executed efficiently.
Requirements:
- A highly motivated individual with sales, administrative, and customer service skills.
- Experience working with Shopify, CRM (HubSpot is a plus), Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
- Proven experience in international sales operations or account management with at least 2 years.
- A team player with excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, sales, marketing or a related field.
- Fluent English – a must. Other languages - advantage.
- Sports and fitness enthusiast - a plus.
- This position may require occasional travel.
